Rimesh Patel

Rimesh Patel is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and service desk operations. Currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Engineer at RFA since July 2021, Rimesh previously worked as a Service Desk Engineer at the same company. Prior to RFA, Rimesh held the position of Service Desk Analyst at CBRE, providing technical support to over 90,000 global employees. Earlier roles include 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer at BVR Ltd and IT Support Officer at Petroconsult Energy Co Ltd, where Rimesh developed a strong skill set in system maintenance, Active Directory and Exchange support, VPN assistance, and Office 365 management.
