Candice Elliott

Candice Elliott joins RF|Binder as Senior Director of Talent, overseeing recruiting and hiring, and employee experience. She is a “people first” enthusiast and is excited to continue to make work a productive and enjoyable space for her colleagues. She believes that everyone should feel prepared, fulfilled, and valued at work. She has previously worked in the fashion, legal, and engineering industries and most recently formed her own consultancy where she helped organizations improve communication, strengthen company culture, and address various issues to improve retention and overall employee satisfaction. Candice received her M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut, with a dual concentration in Management and International Business, and her B.S. from Cornell University where she studied Fiber Science and Apparel Design.
