Vivien Lim currently serves as the Director of Consumer, Digital, and Segment at RFI Global since June 2017, where responsibilities include collaborating with clients across the Asia Pacific region to provide strategic insights based on proprietary data, managing the APAC research team, and presenting findings to stakeholders in eight markets. Previous roles at RFI Global include Research Manager and Lead Analyst, focusing on analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights for the banking and financial sector across eleven markets. Additional experience includes serving as Carnival Programme Director for SMU Patron's Day 2017 and Events Director for the SMU Netball Club. Vivien Lim holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Quantitative Finance from Singapore Management University and completed A Levels at Anderson Junior College.
