Shwetha Kamath is an experienced professional in quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Project Manager at RFI Ingredients since July 2020, with prior roles as Senior QA Technologist and Quality Assurance Technologist II. Shwetha's background includes a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Nutrition, Metabolism and Health at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and work as a Food Safety Specialist at ConnectFood, where Food Safety Plans and Standard Operating Procedures were developed. Research experience spans roles at the FDA, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and various research internships focused on microbiology and biotechnology.
