Derek Padon

Derek Padon is an experienced professional who has held various human resources positions at different companies over the years. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at RFK Community Alliance, Derek has also worked as a Director of Human Resources at Steward Health Care and Saint Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island. With a strong educational background, Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources from Johnson & Wales University, as well as a certification in Human Resources from Northeastern University.
