Matt Daley

Matt Daley has extensive experience in the motorsports and engineering sectors, serving as Technical Director at rFpro from December 2017 to August 2023, where full-time responsibilities included overseeing advanced vehicle simulation technologies. Prior roles included Operations Director and Managing Director at rFpro, as well as a Consultant Engineer at Ferrari F1, focusing on the implementation of real-time vehicle models and F1 simulator visual systems from February 2013 to June 2015. Before this, Matt Daley worked at Newton Europe Limited as an Operational Improvement Consultant from January 2012 to February 2013, enhancing performance analysis for F1 engineers. Beginning a career at McLaren Racing, Matt Daley was involved in F1 Simulator Development as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer and participated in graduate training across various engineering disciplines from September 2007 to December 2011. Educational qualifications include a dual MA/MEng in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and completion of the High Performance Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in late 2018.
