Stine Eisen

Stine Eisen is an experienced professional in sustainability and event management, currently serving as Chef for bæredygtighed & egenproduktion and Projektleder at Roskilde Kongrescenter since March 2021. Additionally, Stine holds the position of Ekstern rådgiver at RF Experience, focusing on sustainability consulting for events and festivals, covering areas such as ecology, food waste, climate measurements, biodiversity, and waste management since August 2020. Previously, Stine worked as Menu- og produktansvarlig at Skolemadsrådgivningen ApS / Fru Hansens Kælder from February 2007 to June 2020. Stine is pursuing a Master in Sustainable Leadership at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from September 2022 to June 2024 and holds a Cand. mag degree in Retorik from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, completed in 2007.
