Heather Hardy is an accomplished production professional with extensive experience in leading and managing brand engagement initiatives in digital and connected devices at R/GA since September 2012. As Group Production Director, Production Director, and Executive Producer, Heather has collaborated with high-profile clients like Volvo, Toyota, and Capital One, overseeing teams across multiple global locations. Previous roles include Producer at Plaid, Project Manager at Siegel+Gale, and Broadcast & Print Producer at Hiebing, where strategic communication and compelling brand storytelling were central to success. Heather began the career as a Production Coordinator at Spot FilmWorks and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Film from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
