Jennifer Palais

Jennifer Palais serves as the Group Director of Program Management at R/GA, overseeing product development since July 2025. Previously, Jennifer held multiple roles at Mozilla from June 2021 to May 2025, including Principal Product Manager for Firefox Experience and Integrated Mozilla Privacy & Security Products, where responsibilities included leading brand refresh initiatives and product strategy. Jennifer's earlier experience includes consultancy for high-profile clients such as Netflix and Google Fiber, as well as teaching positions at USC School of Cinematic Arts. Prior roles span various positions in digital production and strategy development for major brands like Intel and Apple. Jennifer's educational background includes a Master of Arts from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University.
