Joe Ladd

Joe Ladd is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various agencies. Currently serving as VP and Managing Director at R/GA since April 2020, Joe oversees a team of over 50 and the agency's business operations. Previously, Joe held multiple key positions at MRY from February 2012 to April 2020, including Managing Director, where significant agency growth of 215% was achieved, and SVP, Head of Client Leadership, leading the Account Services division. Joe's earlier experience includes roles as Account Director at dentsu mcgarrybowen, Iris, and Saatchi & Saatchi X, where Joe directed major accounts and comprehensive campaigns for prominent brands such as Marriott, Diageo, and Unilever. Joe began the professional journey as Marketing Manager at CONQUEST PERSONAL CARE LIMITED after earning a BA Hons in History from the University of Southampton.
