Shelly Spencer

Shelly Spencer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Associate Director, HRBP at R/GA since May 2016. In this role, Spencer partners with leaders across R/GA's US offices to develop initiatives that support talent at all career stages, fostering strong relationships with managers. Previously, Spencer held positions as Senior HR Business Partner and HRBP at R/GA, focusing on employee engagement, diversity, equity, and retention strategies during a growth phase. Prior to R/GA, Spencer worked at Deem, Inc., starting as HR Coordinator and progressively advancing to HR Business Specialist, with responsibilities spanning talent development, employee relations, and immigration processes. Spencer holds a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Utah Valley University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Brigham Young University.
