Amy Kemna

Amy Kemna is currently the VP of Operations and Business Support for US Individual Health at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where they previously served as Executive Director for USLA Strategy & Innovation. Over their tenure at RGA from 2009 to 2023, they held various leadership roles, including Executive Director, Senior Risk Management Officer, and Executive Director of Change Management. Amy earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
