Colin DeForge

Colin DeForge is currently the Vice President of Underwriting at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a position they assumed in 2023 after serving as Executive Director, Underwriting from 2015 to 2023. Previously, Colin was the Director of Individual Life Underwriting Shared Services at Voya Financial™ from 2010 to 2015, managing various underwriting teams and vendor relationships. They began their career at Phoenix Life Insurance Company, ultimately serving as Underwriting Manager. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with minors in Neuropsychology and Business Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and previously served on the Executive Board of the Hartford/Springfield Underwriting Association as President.
