Rus Gudnyy

Rus Gudnyy is a Senior Vice President on the Acquisitions team and is based in Nashville. Mr. Gudnyy is responsible for all aspects of the acquisition process including sourcing, underwriting, evaluating, and closing potential acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining Montecito, Mr. Gudnyy was on the investments team at Healthcare Realty where he focused on acquiring medical office buildings on hospital campuses. Previously, he worked at Welltower where he was involved in structuring the company's first DownREIT to acquire a medical office portfolio in Beverly Hills.

Mr. Gudnyy holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
