Paul Santanna

Paul Santanna serves as Vice President and National Underwriter at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) since July 2020, providing technical assistance and underwriting support to LISC Program Officers nationwide, while screening and structuring diverse real estate and small business transactions. Prior to joining LISC, Paul Santanna had a distinguished tenure at Bank of America from August 2000 to October 2019, holding various senior vice president roles, including managing commercial real estate portfolios and leading teams in credit products. Paul Santanna's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Stony Brook University.
