Jacqueline Waas

Jacqueline Waas is a seasoned professional in the underwriting field with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Underwriting Research & Development at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since June 2018, Jacqueline has also held roles as Director of Underwriting Research and Innovation and Director of Underwriting Services within the same company. Prior to this, Jacqueline worked at Legal & General America from September 2005 to May 2018 as an Underwriting Business Consultant and Underwriting Consultant. Jacqueline's career began at AXA, where the initial role was Underwriter from August 2000 to September 2005. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Psychology, from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
