Jeff Birkholz

Jeff Birkholz is an experienced executive in the reinsurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for the US Group Re at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since January 2010. In addition, Jeff has held the role of Senior Vice President and Business Operations Program Lead for the TOM Program. Prior to this, Jeff's career included significant positions at ING from 1990 to 2009 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ING Reinsurance, and at Allianz Group as a Marketing Manager for Special Markets. Jeff began his professional journey at ReliaStar Employee Benefits, serving as a Group Underwriter from 1986 to 1989. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University, obtained in 1985.
