Karen Arellano

Karen Arellano is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as a Senior Claims Consultant at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since October 2023. Prior to this role, Karen worked at AIA from June 2015 to October 2023 as a Claims Development Manager, and at MLC Australia from September 2010 to June 2015, first as a Senior Claims Assessor and earlier as a Claims Consultant. Throughout these positions, Karen has specialized in the assessment of Life, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Critical Illness, Income Protection, and Business Expenses Insurance Claims, providing empathetic service while also mentoring and training Claims Consultants.
