Michelle Benz

Michelle Benz, FSA, is an accomplished leader in the insurance and financial services sectors, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Growth Solutions for the US Individual Life (USIL) segment at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, since November 2019. In this role, Michelle is tasked with driving the growth strategy for the US life insurance market, focusing on market innovation and partnership enhancements. Prior to this, Michelle held several senior positions at Grange Insurance, including EVP, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and President of Grange Life Insurance, where achievements included leading a significant transition towards commercial lines and overseeing profitable operations with leading-edge technology.
