Richard Hale

Richard Hale is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Regional CIO and Head of IT for EMEA at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, since November 2023. Previously, Richard held key positions at Smart DCC as Director of Platforms, Software & Data, and at HM Revenue & Customs as Programme Director for the EU Exit, where significant contributions included delivering AWS & Azure services and managing critical infrastructure projects. Richard's extensive experience spans various sectors, including retail and education, where roles included Enterprise Architect at Aptos Retail and Head of IT at the University of Warwick. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, IT, and Computing from The Open University and is PRINCE2 certified.
