Sophie Sandie

Sophie Sandie is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Global HR Shared Services at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, since September 2023, focusing on the continuous improvement of HR shared services across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. Previously, Sophie held positions such as Manager of HR Shared Services Operations for the EMEA region at Reinsurance Group of America and VP of People & Culture at Dixa. At Unity Technologies, responsibilities included developing smooth HR solutions while serving as Senior Manager for HR Operations, as well as a Senior Manager for HR Operations (EMEA). Sophie’s earlier career includes roles such as Head of HR Europe at Valad Europe and Head of International Human Resources at TeliaSonera, where management of HR teams and initiatives across various regions was a key focus. Sophie holds a BSc in Geography from UCL and a Master's in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster.
