Tim Gillen

Tim Gillen currently serves as the Vice President of Global Audit for Global Financial Solutions, Investments, and Corporate Development at the Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Tim Gillen was the 2nd Vice President and Head of Financial Reporting at Security Benefit from 2019 to 2022. Tim Gillen's extensive experience at Swiss Re from 2010 to 2019 included roles such as Senior Vice President for Global Head of Operational Design and Implementation, Head of the Bangalore Finance Hub, Head of General Accounting & Strategy Management for the Americas, and Head of Investment Reporting Finance Operations.
