Aman Sohi has extensive experience in the underwriting field, currently serving as the Underwriting Team Lead and Trainer at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since December 2021. Prior to this role, Aman was the Manager of the Underwriting Department for Individual Life and Health Insurance at Beneva from March 2020 to December 2021. Aman’s earlier career includes various positions at La Capitale Insurance and Financial Services, where roles spanned from Medical Underwriter to New Business Case Coordinator within the Individual Life and Health Insurance sectors. Aman also has experience in underwriting and coordination at RBC Insurance. Academically, Aman holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Economics from McMaster University, and has further education from the Academy of Life Underwriting.
