Dori Degenhardt has extensive experience in content development, brand and content strategy, and marketing management. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Global Content and Communications at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA), where they lead a team in developing and managing content across various formats and channels. Prior to this, Dori held similar roles at RGAX and TierPoint, where they were responsible for creating engaging content and driving brand awareness. Dori also served as a Regional Marketing Manager at TierPoint and a Marketing Manager at XIOLINK, where they led various marketing initiatives. Dori began their career in account management at Cfx, Inc., Marketing Direct, Inc., Mobium Creative Group, and CASS Communications.

Dori Degenhardt attended Rosati Kain High School from 1990 to 1994. Dori then went on to join the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Creative Advertising in 1998. Dori also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Creative Advertising from Syracuse University during the same period.
