Lynton Auld

VP Engineering at RGB Spectrum

Lynton Auld has extensive work experience in software engineering and management roles. Lynton started their career at BNR as a Manager of Software Engineering and then worked at Tecnetics as a Software Manager. Lynton further gained experience as a Principal Telecomm Consultant at HiPerformance Systems. Lynton then joined Alcatel as the Director of Software Engineering before moving to Calix Networks as a Software Engineering Manager. Lynton then worked at Element Labs as a Software Manager. In 2008, Lynton founded pix2o and served as the Founder and CTO, where they were responsible for designing and implementing video processing firmware and protocols for LED video displays. Lynton achieved success by providing operational support features, calibration, and manufacturing support. Lynton is currently working as the VP Engineering at RGB Spectrum since 2012 and is also the Founder and Embedded Software Engineering Manager at a company in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Lynton Auld completed their education between 1972 and 1978 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science in Engineering degree with a specialization in Electronics.
