Nithinkumar Shanmugam

Nithinkumar Shanmugam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nithinkumar started their career as a Logistics Intern at Bosch Technologies in 2009, where they coordinated across departments to implement and monitor the flow of kanbans. In 2010, they worked as an Operations intern at Cypress Semiconductor, where they tracked work in progress and studied the effects of lot sizing. From 2011 onwards, Nithinkumar worked at RGB Spectrum, first as a Quality Engineer, where they developed and maintained the Quality Management System, and later as the Director of Operations, where they oversaw operations and conducted improvement initiatives with contract manufacturers.

Nithinkumar Shanmugam began their education by pursuing a B.E. Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management at Visvesvaraya Technological University. Nithinkumar attended from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued their M.S in Industrial & Systems Engineering at San Jose State University from 2009 to 2011. During their time at San Jose State University, they also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Later, in 2013, Nithinkumar obtained a Lead auditor training for ISO 9001 certification from Oriel Stat A Matrix.
