Doreen Tan

Doreen Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead - Knowledge Management at RGE since November 2018, Doreen previously held key positions including Head of Knowledge Management at the Singapore Workforce Development Agency and the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee, where strategies and frameworks were developed and implemented to enhance knowledge management. Earlier roles also include Senior Manager at the Singapore Sports Council and Knowledge Management Associate at CPG Corporation. Doreen holds a Master's Degree in Managing People, Knowledge and Change from Lund University School of Economics and Management, an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Institute of Adult Learning, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the National University of Singapore.
