Cindy Hilburn, PgMP

Cindy Hilburn is currently working at RGNext as the LISC Program Manager. Cindy has extensive experience in managing launch and test range system operations, maintenance, and sustainment contracts for the United States Space Force at various locations. Prior to this, Cindy worked at Computer Sciences Raytheon as a Supervisor of Project Management for Systems Engineering. Their background also includes roles such as Manager of Range Operations Program Management and Operations Supervisor for Telemetry and Timing Systems. Cindy has a strong track record of leading teams and ensuring the successful implementation of mission requirements.
