Crystal Douglas

Crystal Douglas is a Design Lead at RGP, where they guide the art direction and execution of the brand's identity and marketing initiatives. With a Bachelor of Science in Creative and Strategic Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University, they have previously worked as a Senior UX Designer at Veracity Consulting Group, LLC, where they advanced product usability and unified brand experiences. Their experience also includes roles as a UX/UI Designer at COLAB and a Graphic Design Intern for Ellen Robertson's city council campaign. Additionally, Crystal freelances as a designer for Tiny Anarchy Co., creating brand identity packages and digital content.
