Erin Donaghey

Erin Donaghey's work experience includes positions at RGP, Forrer Group, Inc., and Reznick Group. At RGP, they started as the Director of Talent Acquisition from October 2016 to June 2018. Then, they worked as the Director of Talent Management from June 2018 to June 2020. Currently, Erin is serving as the Vice President of Talent Management at RGP. Before joining RGP, Erin worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Forrer Group, Inc. from March 2011 to October 2016. Prior to that, they started their career as an Assurance Associate at Reznick Group in 2009.

Erin Donaghey attended The University of Georgia from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Additionally, Erin completed further studies in Accounting at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
