Jennifer Demetrius

Jennifer Demetrius is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and business transformation. Jennifer currently holds the position of Director, Finance Transformation at RGP, where they started working in August 2022. Prior to joining RGP, Jennifer served as a Director Finance Transformation at Resources Global Professionals from February 2014. Jennifer has also held leadership roles at various organizations, including Executive Director at The Black Excellence Alliance from August 2020 to August 2022, and Executive Director at Dale Caldwell Foundation from December 2019 to August 2022. In addition, Jennifer has worked as a Principal at WHATiF 88 LLC, a social impact investment firm, from June 2018 to August 2022. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Senior Manager at Verizon Telematics, Inc. from October 2014 to March 2016, Consultant at Georgia Institute of Technology in 2016, and Finance Consultant/Business Process Improvement/Project Manager at CASEA Partners, LLC from August 2011 to July 2013. Jennifer's extensive finance experience includes roles as Senior Finance Director and Division Controller at Siemens from April 2007 to October 2010, and Finance Director and Division Controller at Hewlett-Packard from August 1997 to August 2006. Their expertise also encompasses strategic financial management, business analysis, cost control, and process improvement. Jennifer holds an MBA from Wharton School and has additional certifications, including CELC and MSCTA.

Jennifer Demetrius completed their education at The Wharton School, where they earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended Pace University from 1979 to 1983, obtaining a BBA in Public Accounting. In 2004, they completed a certificate program in Executive Development at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, they hold a high school diploma from Evander Childs H.S. and completed the Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Executive Leadership Coaching at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Jennifer also has certifications including Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, Certified Executive Leadership Coach - Level 2 ICF, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - former, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Main Street Certified Tax Advisor.
