Jennifer Rivera

Vice President, Talent (north Pacific Region) at RGP

Jennifer Rivera has over 20 years of extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent for the North Pacific region at RGP, a global consulting firm. In this role, Jennifer specializes in solving complex business problems across various areas such as business transformation, governance, risk and compliance, and technology and digital innovation. Prior to RGP, they were the Director of Recruiting at the same company from 2015 to 2020.

Before joining RGP, Jennifer worked as a self-employed HR consultant in 2015. Jennifer also served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Sakura Finetek USA, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2001 to 2012. Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Manager of Human Resources at MINDSTACK in 2000 and as an HR Representative at SMALLOFFICE.COM from 1999 to 2000.

Jennifer Rivera received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield in 1997. Jennifer then went on to obtain their Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University from 1997 to 1999.
