Jonathan Hoy

Jonathan (Jay) Hoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and business operations, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at RGP since April 2015, focusing on the pharmaceutical industry's acquisition integration and order-to-cash processes. Prior experience includes holding significant leadership roles at Linde North America, where responsibilities ranged from directing business planning and analysis functions to managing tax and internal controls during multiple acquisitions. Jay also contributed as Treasurer, overseeing cash planning and banking for the region. Previous positions include Tax Manager at Agency Rent-A-Car and Tax Administrator at Eaton, among others, demonstrating a comprehensive background in tax compliance and financial management. Jay holds a Masters of Accountancy from Bowling Green State University and completed an Executive Education Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
