Joseph Pacheco

Joseph Pacheco is a seasoned project leader and consultant with extensive experience in project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Leader/Consultant at RGP since December 2021, Joseph oversees a global sales program with 28 projects, focusing on sales automation and renewal processes. Previously, as Principal Consultant at Resolute Initiatives Inc., Joseph provided leadership for Project Management Offices and implemented significant organizational changes while cultivating relationships with leadership at all levels. Joseph's tenure at First National Bank of Omaha included roles as Senior Manager of Business Analysts and Director of the IT PMO, where significant cost savings and successful project delivery were achieved. With earlier experience at Client Resources, Inc. and Kiewit, Joseph has demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure projects and methodology implementation. Joseph is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at George Mason University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University.
