Lauren Elkerson

Lauren Elkerson currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at RGP, having progressed from SVP and General Counsel to Associate General Counsel - Employment since joining the company in May 2018. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Labor & Employment Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from December 2010 to April 2018 and gained experience as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice in early 2009. Lauren holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Religious Studies from Oklahoma State University.
