Lauren Elkerson

Lauren Elkerson is currently the Chief Legal Officer at RGP. Prior to that, they were employed at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from December 2010 to April 2018, where they worked as Labor & Employment Counsel. Before that, they were a Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice from February 2009 to May 2009.

Lauren Elkerson earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University Law Center and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theirtory and Religious Studies from Oklahoma State University.

Lauren Elkerson reports to Kate Duchene, CEO. They work with Tom Schember - EVP, Global Client Services, Bhadresh Patel - Chief Digital Officer, and Tim Brackney - President and COO.
