Lauren James

Lauren James has extensive experience in business systems and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst and System Admin for Enterprise Applications at RGP since August 2014. In this role, Lauren is responsible for documenting business requirements and conducting user acceptance testing. Previous positions at RGP include Sales & Talent Analyst, where Lauren created and maintained revenue reports and the first monthly KPI report for the North American Talent Organization. Additional roles include Talent Acquisition Manager and Coordinator, supporting various divisions in recruitment and management. Lauren's earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Recruitment & Advising Coordinator at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where Lauren contributed to academic and recruitment efforts. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
