Marco von Maltzan

Marco von Maltzan brings to the Board over 40 years of international and industry-specific operational experience. His international management experience, previous consulting experience, and decision-making management skills have been a particularly valued asset in RGP’s global work.

Marco has served on the Board of RGP since 2018 and currently serves on the Audit Committee.

Marco is experienced in a variety of executive leadership roles including strategic planning, professional services, business development, international operations, and enterprise risk management. He currently serves on a number of boards including as Deputy Chairman of the Shareholder Committee and member of the Audit Committee of food conglomerate Pfeifer & Langen Industrie- und Handels-KG, as a member of the Advisory Board of automotive supplier IFA Holding GmbH, as Chairman of the Advisory Board of UKM Holding GmbH and of Walter Klein GmbH & Co. KG and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of WKW Automotive AG, all automotive suppliers.
