Michael Lane

Michael Lane currently serves as President of RGP, a consulting firm focused on connecting clients with top talent for transformational initiatives. Prior to RGP, Michael held multiple leadership roles at Eliassen Group, including Chief Revenue Officer and President of Professional Services, contributing to the company's preeminence in technology staffing and consulting. Michael's extensive experience also includes serving as President and CEO of Nevco Inc., the largest private manufacturer of integrated video displays, and Managing Director at Protiviti, where expertise in risk consulting was developed. Additional roles at Spartech Corporation and Arthur Andersen further underscore a robust career in management and technology. Michael Lane holds an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA in Actuarial Mathematics from Drake University.
