Mike Geiger is a seasoned supply chain and operations professional with extensive experience in optimizing manufacturing and logistics processes. Currently serving as Director of Supply Chain Optimization at RGP since January 2019, Mike has developed strategic warehouse footprints and inventory optimization plans for major consumer product distributors and industrial manufacturers. Past roles include Program Chair for the Institute for Supply Management – Dallas Chapter, Senior Advisor at Arvense Group, and supply chain leadership positions at CIRCOR Energy and Halliburton. A graduate of Purdue University with an MBA in Operations Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mike possesses a strong background in procurement, supplier quality, and lean business practices across multiple industries.
