Praveen Janapareddy

Praveen Janapareddy has extensive experience in global operations and enablement, currently serving as Senior Vice President at RGP since 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing diverse business units such as business and sales operations, talent enablement, and global process alignment. Prior roles at RGP include Vice President positions in Global Revenue Operations and Sales Support and Operations, highlighting expertise in budgeting, incentive compensation, and performance management. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Avatier and Oracle in customer care, strategy, and service delivery, along with board membership at the UC Berkeley Haas Alumni Network. Praveen holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MS from The University of Toledo, and a BE from Osmania University.
