Currently serving as the Sourcing Manager at RH Amar since October 2021, Kieron oversees relationships with over 20 suppliers, managing an annual spend of £6M. Previous roles include interim positions as Private Label Manager and National Account Manager at RH Amar, and significant contributions as Impulse & Export Development Sales Controller and Senior National Account Manager at Elizabeth Shaw Ltd, where Kieron led a team and significantly grew market share. Kieron's extensive career also includes positions at Le Creuset, Kerry Group, Kettle Foods, and Coca Cola, showcasing a deep expertise in P&L management, supplier relations, and strategic sales development. Educational qualifications include a GNVQ II in Leisure & Tourism from Cricklade College and GCSEs from Winton School.
