Alexander Schwall

Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer at Rhabit Analytics

Alexander Schwall has worked in the field of personnel selection and assessment for over 17 years. Alexander began their career as an intern at Roland Berger in 2002, followed by an internship at CEB's SHL Talent Measurement Solutions in 2001. In 2003, they took on a role as a Graduate Assistant at Penn State University, where they taught a 400 level course on Personnel Selection and a graduate course in Statistics. In 2008, they joined Development Dimensions International as a Senior Consultant, Research Consultant and Delivery Consultant. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer of Rhabit Analytics, Inc.

Alexander Schwall obtained a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University between 2003 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom (Master's) in I/O Psychology from RWTH Aachen University between 2001 and 2003. Alexander also holds certifications in Machine Learning from Coursera, obtained in May 2014, and An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python from Coursera, obtained in December 2013.
