Farid Hatta

Farid Hatta has worked in various companies and held different roles throughout their career. Their most recent position was at RHB Banking Group, where they served as the SVP / Head of Strategic Sourcing & Workforce Planning and also the Programme Director of Workforce of the Future since May 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Sime Darby Berhad as the Talent Management of Group Human Resource from May 2011 to April 2015. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at ING Insurance Berhad in the Talent Management department. Farid also gained experience at Standard Chartered PLC UK / Scope International (M) Sdn Bhd as an Organisation Learning specialist from November 2005 to May 2007. Before that, they had a role in Training & Development at Media Prima Berhad / Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Berhad (TV3) from March 2003 to October 2005. Farid started their career at Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad in May 2001, where they were involved in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Technology-Aided Solutions until November 2002.

Farid Hatta completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Asia Pacific Regional Business Development at Berne University of Applied Sciences in 2005. In the same year, they also obtained a Cambridge International Diploma in Management, specializing in Strategic Management and Strategic Marketing from the University of Cambridge International Examinations. Prior to that, they pursued a Degree in Engineering (Computer Systems and Communications) at Universiti Putra Malaysia from 1997 to 2000. In 1995, Farid Hatta studied Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto and received a Degree. Additionally, in the same year, they earned a Diploma in the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) program from Sir John A. Macdonald Sec. School.
