Jaspal Kalsi

Jaspal Kalsi has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Jaspal is currently serving as the Head of Group AML/CFT Operations at RHB Banking Group, starting from November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., handling Regional KYC Operations from January 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they held various positions at Citi, including Vice President for Commercial Banking KYC Business Support from January 2018 to December 2019, Assistant Vice President for Global FIU Procedures & Training from January 2015 to December 2017, and Assistant Vice President for FIU Historical Remediation from November 2011 to December 2014. Jaspal's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager of Operations at HSBC from August 2007 to October 2011, where they focused on corporate trust, loan administration, and KYC/CDD reviews for new client onboarding.
