Jenson Tng, IHRP-SP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resource at RHB Bank Singapore since May 2010, where key achievements include supporting significant business growth and reducing attrition rates through strategic HR initiatives. Prior roles include Vice President/Senior HRBP at RHB Banking Group's Group Wholesale Banking and Head of Human Resources at Laser Empire Sdn Bhd, where Jenson successfully established the HR department and oversaw organizational expansion. Jenson began their career at Enersave Water Sdn Bhd as an HR & Admin Executive, where innovative systems were implemented to enhance HR processes. Educational qualifications include an Associate in Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
