Keatky Lim

Keatky Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Keatky joined RHB Banking Group in 2022 as a Senior Vice President, overseeing Strategy Analytics and Digital Innovation for the Group Insurance division. Prior to this, Keatky co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kongsi Asia, a fintech start-up focused on helping small and medium-sized enterprises succeed through tokenized barter trade enabled with Blockchain technology. Keatky successfully completed the proof of concept and raised pre-Series A funding. Keatky also founded Radiant Unicorn Consultancy in 2019. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at AIA, including Chief Partnership Distribution Officer and Senior Director. Keatky also worked at ING, Maybank, The Pacific Bank, and Citi in various roles.

Keatky Lim's education history includes a Bachelor of Cognitive Science (Hons.) from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in 1994-1997. Later, in 2004-2006, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Malaya. In 2009-2010, they attended the University of Cambridge for selected modules of the Cambridge Postgraduate Diploma in Management. In 2023, Keatky Lim participated in the Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme at the University of Oxford's Said Business School. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Certified Professional Coach from the International Coaching Federation in 2019.
