Saratha Arumugam

Saratha Arumugam is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Climate Strategy and Governance at RHB Banking Group since December 2015, Saratha previously held the position of Senior Manager at Danajamin Nasional Berhad, overseeing guarantees valued between RM100 million and RM500 million. Prior experience includes managerial roles at AmBank Group and Kenanga Investment Bank. Saratha holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Cross University and is a Chartered Banker, having completed qualifications at the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers. Additionally, Saratha earned a Bachelor of Management in Accounting and Finance from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
