Soraya Abdul Jalil has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Soraya began their career at UMBC Bank in 1988, where they served as an Executive until 1993. Soraya then joined Sime International Bank Ltd in 1993 as the Head of Treasury, a role they held until 1999. In 1999, Soraya joined RHB Banking Group as the Vice President of Capital Market and Distribution, Global Markets. After that, they went on to become the Vice President and Head of Group Portfolio Management, a position they still hold.
Soraya Abdul Jalil attended Universiti Teknologi MARA from 1982 to 1984. Soraya also attended Kennewick High School but the duration of their studies there is unknown.
