Marcel Lachance

Marcel Lachance is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President Canada at RHEA Canada since October 2022, Marcel also holds the position of Managing Partner at TalaMarzo Holdings and Innovations since January 2020. Previously, Marcel worked as Chief Business Officer at ADGA from August 2020 to August 2022 and as Managing Director - Canada at Acumen Solutions from September 2018 to August 2020. From 2002 to September 2018, Marcel was Managing Partner and President at MindShare Consulting Services Inc and RainMakers Consulting, where over 125 successful projects were delivered in Information Management and related solutions. Early in the career, Marcel held significant positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting, focusing on eGovernment and management consulting. Marcel earned a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
