Currently serving as a Global Operations Executive at Rhea Fertility, Karina previously held the position of SVP of Growth Operations at Geode Health, where leadership contributed to launching 20 new clinics in under two years. As Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of WellNested, Karina played a crucial role in the company’s acquisition by MomBox, focusing on personalized postnatal care. Prior experience includes roles at Iterative Health, Google, The Boston Consulting Group, Mapan - PT Ruma, and Corporate Value Associates, showcasing a strong background in business operations, strategic partnerships, and consulting.
